FORGING
– MML’s forging plant is the largest in the T&D industry in India. It is fully equipped with induction furnaces, drop and pneumatic hammers, screw presses, upsettors, CNC/VMC machines, normalizing, shot blasting and galvanizing facilities.
Manufacturing

ALUMINIUM CASTING
– We employ pressure die casting as well as gravity die casting in our plants. All furnaces are electrically heated with automatic temperature controllers. Specialized melt treatments, choice of highest quality raw materials, and process knowhow ensure correct quality of casting each time.
CORONA RINGS
– This process is done in CNC ring bending machines, achieving higher accuracy and precision.
ARMOR RODS
– Our patented range of Helical fittings include Armor rods, ties, helical grips, full tension splices, line guards, lashing rods and T connectors. We have tailor made CNC machines for forming, gritting, twisting and bending. g
EXTRUSIONS
– Our range of compression fittings consist of well-designed compression clamps, joints and connectors./p>
FABRICATION
– Our fabrication shop consists of CNC plasma cutting machines, drilling, shot blasting, power presses, hydraulic presses, etc.
GALVANIZING
– Our automated galvanizing plant is electrically heated to produce high quality galvanized fittings.
DIE SHOP
– With state of art VMC and wire EDM machines, MML can manufacture all its dies for castings, forgings, etc. within short time. This enables us to take up challenging new projects also in a time bound manner.
RUBBER & PLASTIC MOULDING:
– We also have in-house manufacturing for synthetic rubber products as well as plastic moulding through CNC injection process.
HIGH TENSILE BOLTS & NUTS:
– MML is the only Indian hardware company to manufacture its own HT Bolts and Nuts of 8.8 grade for all required sizes up to 800kV.
